Position Overview:

Infosys is seeking a Lead .Net Developer. In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders and leverage your technical expertise throughout various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. This includes gathering requirements, defining application architecture, and designing solutions. You will play a pivotal role in crafting high-level design artifacts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code for your assigned module. Additionally, you will lead validation efforts across all testing types and provide support for implementation, transition, and warranty activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with business teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders, including Database Administrators, Infrastructure teams, Network teams, and Architecture groups.
  • Deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Participate in a culture of learning where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience with .Net Technologies.
  • Strong ability to connect with business teams and translate their requirements into technical terms.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in application development and support for at least 8 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL, Advanced SQL, Stored Procedures, and Database design.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and DevOps processes, including tools like Jenkins, Cloud, and Terraform.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse team environment.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in a Global delivery environment is preferred.
