Business Development Manager at Minth North America

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with overseeing and nurturing key client accounts, discovering new market opportunities, and fostering robust customer relationships. Your position will require collaboration with various teams to ensure that cost and scheduling objectives are achieved. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the RFQ process to ensure timely submissions
  • Maintaining specific commercial documentation for clients
  • Engaging in the resolution of customer-related issues
  • Establishing professional connections with diverse stakeholders
  • Identifying avenues for cost efficiency and productivity enhancement
  • Providing essential sales and production data for budgeting
  • Involvement in contract discussions and negotiations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the Automotive OEM sector
  • Familiarity with Automotive OEM e-Portals
  • Strong proficiency in technical English
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
