Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing existing client relationships. This role will involve creating and maintaining relationships with clients across various industries, working closely with the Equipment Sales and Logistics teams, and reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with the Equipment Sales and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development and/or field sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in case manufacturing and/or sales.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls, Biamp, Audio DSP, Shure, and Intelix.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of clean driving record.
- Infocomm CTS certification within 6 months of employment start.
- OSHA 10 Hr construction certification within 3 months from employment start.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in business development and/or field sales.
- 5 years of experience in the case manufacturing industry.
- Technical certification or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment, with regular travel required to client sites and industry events.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires at least 50% travel, with valid driver's license and insurance required.
