This is a hybrid position that requires working from home (95%) and traveling within the area (5%).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Selling Specialist to join our team at Onibex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing sales by proactively reaching out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, understand their needs and requirements, and promote company solutions that can address those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Track sales activities, update customer information in the company database, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, and work with the team to achieve overall company goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and build industry knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing and cold sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and systems (Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales, Apollo, and Rocketreach).
  • Compelling and persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Availability to work in a team and independently.
  • Must be based in or close to Corpus Christi, Texas.
