Salary:
$21 - $25 per hour

Role Details

This is a full-time position reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with potential growth into a Customer Service Lead role. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. This position involves managing designated accounts and clients, ensuring a personalized service experience rather than a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels with professionalism and a positive demeanor.
  • Accurately input customer data into our systems and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Coordinate appointments and liaise with different departments to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Track project developments and provide customers with relevant updates.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure project success.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
