- Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall client experience.
- Conduct surveys or feedback sessions to gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the construction industry or a similar field.
- Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and project management is an advantage.
