Requirements:
  • Education:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the construction industry or a similar field.
    • Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and project management is an advantage.
