POSITION: SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to take on a leadership role within our organization. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions, managing inquiries through calls and emails while delivering exceptional service to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. You will also coordinate service requests and work orders for our technical team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Utilize our internal database to input customer details for billing, service records, and updates.
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
