About the Role

The Technical Lead, IT Network Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This includes analyzing business needs, developing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure American Airlines remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in network infrastructure design and implementation
  • Expert knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
