Overview:

Role Summary:
The Global Project Controls team plays a pivotal role in advancing CO+I's mission and vision, acting as trusted advisors to implement a comprehensive, responsive, and timely project controls program across various business sectors through industry-leading personnel, processes, systems, and tools.

Position Responsibilities:
The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) - AI Leases is a key role requiring strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities. We are looking for an ITIM who is self-motivated and possesses a background in Data Center Construction and Fit-out projects, particularly focusing on passive telecom infrastructure and construction management.

The ITIM will oversee the program management of all integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities related to Microsoft-owned systems and services, as well as critical infrastructure necessary for new data center builds or leased facilities, specifically aimed at delivering capacity to the business.

Key Duties Include:

  • Identifying and managing scopes and interdependencies among all stakeholders, both external and internal, while coordinating with physical construction and general contractors.
  • Coordinating the handover process and ensuring that all required documentation and expectations are met for transitioning the space to Operations teams and business units.
  • Producing and managing project plans, executing major milestones, and overseeing financial approvals and management functions.

Qualifications:
To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in Data Center construction project management or similar IT build-outs. Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered. Additionally, candidates should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT fit-out or construction-related project management.
  • 2+ years of experience in Safety Management on construction or fit-out projects.

Preferred Skills:
Preferred qualifications include PMI (Project Management Institute) – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation experience, and experience managing large-scale data center projects with both localized and virtual teams.

Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year, with variations applicable to specific work locations.
