Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Office Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to verify eligibility and benefits
  • Check-in and greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Communicate with other healthcare providers and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform data entry and treatment plan estimates with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with our Hearing Care Providers to ensure efficient and effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Previous medical office experience (1-2 years) is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer office applications (Word, Excel)
  • A growth mindset with a desire to learn and take on new challenges
