Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal leader, you will spearhead the Owner Direct/Service Sales division by executing strategies aimed at enhancing profitability, driving growth, and expanding market presence. Guide the sales team in promoting service offerings such as maintenance agreements, control systems, mechanical upgrades, operations and maintenance services, and labor/materials to the local market.

Formulate and implement the secured service sales strategy across all business lines for the designated region. Oversee the recruitment, training, and mentoring of sales professionals adhering to Sales Management best practices. Monitor sales expenses and optimize resources to enhance profitability. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to foster opportunities. Maintain high standards of professionalism within the sales team and cultivate a high-performance culture centered on customer satisfaction, quality, and business insight. Represent Johnson Controls as a trusted partner to customers and the community.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in HVAC sales or operations
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
