Join Our Team as a Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the RN with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs.
  • Respond to the needs of patients and family members, taking a proactive role in the efficient operation of the unit.
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or commensurate experience required.
  • Nursing students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters' programs are strongly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
