Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Anticipate and meet patient needs, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
- Assist with insurance verification and electronic medical records.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records and medical office settings preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with basic computer knowledge.
