About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising City Manager to join our team at Up Fundraising. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising street teams and driving success in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our fundraising street teams to achieve targets and grow our client's quality monthly donor base.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with the general public and educate on brand awareness.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential and drive success.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify and develop new markets and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of fundraising management experience, including coaching and team leading.
  • Direct F2F fundraising experience - street, malls, or door-to-door.
  • Ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Focused mindset with a passionate drive.
  • Driven mentality to grow the team, utilizing personal network and tools.
  • Ability to identify and develop skills in others.
  • Passion for leading from the frontlines and fundraising to achieve personal donor targets.

Opportunity to Grow:
