About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising City Manager to join our team at Up Fundraising. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising street teams and driving success in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our fundraising street teams to achieve targets and grow our client's quality monthly donor base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with the general public and educate on brand awareness.
- Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential and drive success.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify and develop new markets and opportunities for growth.

- A competitive salary of $60,000 plus personal bonus and team overrides (expected salary $80,000+).

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of fundraising management experience, including coaching and team leading.
- Direct F2F fundraising experience - street, malls, or door-to-door.
- Ability to engage and motivate others.
- Focused mindset with a passionate drive.
- Driven mentality to grow the team, utilizing personal network and tools.
- Ability to identify and develop skills in others.
- Passion for leading from the frontlines and fundraising to achieve personal donor targets.
Opportunity to Grow:
