**Overview**

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical teams.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide clinical support to our nursing teams, including patient assessments, medication administration, and wound care
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $85,000 per year

**Requirements**

* RN or LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state
* Possess and maintain CPR certification
* Previous experience in home care setting preferred
* Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
* Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
