Position Overview

As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist at Productiv Inc, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce by identifying and attracting top talent. Your expertise in recruitment will help us maintain a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resume Evaluation: Utilize our proprietary ATS software to meticulously review and assess candidate resumes.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively search job portals for potential candidates and engage with them directly.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate the introduction of new employees to our organization, guiding them through the hiring and training phases.
  • Employee Advocacy: Serve as a supportive resource for both new and existing employees, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary onboarding paperwork for candidates who fulfill job requirements.
  • Staffing Coordination: Collaborate with production managers to ensure adequate staffing for daily operations.
  • Time Management: Oversee accurate timekeeping for employees, ensuring timely submission of hours worked.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews utilizing various reliable recruitment methods to effectively filter candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate applicants' qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Integration: Ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company culture and processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive Mindset: Approach staffing challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Recruitment Experience: A minimum of one year in a recruiting role is preferred.
