Position Overview:

This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and is tasked with the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial data to facilitate both operational and strategic decision-making. The position provides essential financial support, including involvement in the monthly closing process, participation in the annual budgeting cycle, preparation of audit schedules, and conducting various financial analyses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant financial role.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Proficient knowledge of financial applications and processes.
    • Ability to engage effectively with leadership teams.
    • Strong understanding of financial systems.
    • Familiarity with underlying process flows.
    • Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
    • Capacity to work independently.
    • Effective prioritization, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree and CPA certification are preferred.
