Director of Operations

Calyx Living, a Raleigh-based company, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the opening and on-going operation of its assisted living facilities in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Executive Director experience in senior living and a Bachelor's Degree from a traditional in-person college or university.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead high-performing community-based teams.
  • Ensure stable, timely day-to-day operations, including staffing and service delivery, resulting in high resident and family satisfaction.
  • Deliver community census and financial performance at industry-leading levels.
  • Hold communities accountable for delivering clinical results and regulatory compliance.
  • Routine presence in the community, with a focus on Raleigh-Durham and potential outlying locations.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of Executive Director experience in senior living.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in multiple senior living communities in an operations support, training, or troubleshooting capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a traditional in-person college or university.
  • Licensed North Carolina administrator or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • Ability and willingness to work fully in-person.
