About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our Consumer Practice in Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to success, coaching team members and bringing to life innovative ideas
  • Develop and execute earned media strategies, including thought leadership, product launches, and creative campaigns
  • Counsel senior clients and their executives on earned media strategy and creative storytelling
  • Manage clients, team resources, and deliverables around major campaigns and programs
  • Integrate earned media strategy seamlessly with digital, social, and paid media
  • Contribute to new business development and organic business growth efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in account management, with a background in consumer, consumer-tech, travel, fashion, and/or CPG PR
  • BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Strong experience with large-scale and start-up business environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage earned media campaigns, including thought leadership, product launches, and creative campaigns
