Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at Youth Villages. As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, complete assessments, and assist with the training and support of the medical team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
  • Complete assessments and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Assist with the training and support of the medical team, including providing guidance on medical procedures and protocols.
  • Oversee and maintain medical charts and documentation for assigned patients.
  • Facilitate and lead in the implementation and assessment of seclusion/restraints, and participate in therapeutic holds and/or in the restraint/seclusion process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a Diploma from an accredited RN school of Nursing.
  • Current Nursing license in the state of Tennessee.
