Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care outcomes through the delivery of nursing care for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Deploy priorities for clinical quality, service, and Associate development and retention in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
  • Ensure a collaborative plan of care is implemented by Registered Nurses and other team members.
  • Assist professional nurses with the coordination of patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure responsiveness to physicians and direct Associates in providing on-site coaching and staff assignments.
  • Conduct Associate performance evaluations in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
  • Ensure continued readiness regarding accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for the general upkeep of physical facilities and patient care equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Nursing - RN (Required)
  • Clinical healthcare experience (acute or hospital)
  • Registered Nurse certifications (Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee)
