We are currently in search of a driven Aegis Systems Engineer/Analyst to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Training Systems and execute underwater tactical and training missions at designated test facilities, with a focus on evaluating training setups and related interfaces.
  • Provide assistance for both shipboard and land-based testing events.
  • Serve as a training engineer with extensive experience in fleet training and individual ship training.
  • Concentrate on AEGIS Training Configurations while also offering support for various sub modes and mission areas during tactical and training missions.
  • Comprehend Combat Information Center (CIC) operations and communicate system capabilities and limitations based on fleet activities, conducting assessments of system performance.
  • Assist in analyzing data, Computer Program Change Requests (CPCRs), and Trouble Observation Reports (TORs), delivering both written and verbal technical evaluations of capabilities and limitations.
  • Support element and system-level testing at land-based facilities and vessels.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision and excel in dynamic, fast-paced team settings.
  • Participate in various review and status meetings and assist in software testing events both on land and at sea.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Adhere to standard business hours, with exceptions for travel-related duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in AEGIS fleet operations and/or AEGIS Testing & Evaluation.
  • Proficient in AEGIS Combat Training System (ACTS), Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT), and Advanced Training Domain (ATD) along with overall AEGIS Weapon Combat operations.
  • Willingness to travel within the continental United States (CONUS) and occasionally to international ports (OCONUS).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Combat Information Center (CIC) operations.
  • Knowledge of shipboard operations and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret clearance prior to starting this role.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Occasional movement within the office for communication and resource access.
