Position Overview

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is in search of a Senior Systems Engineer. This role is integral to supporting various engineering initiatives within our organization, particularly in the domain of advanced defense systems.


Key Responsibilities:
This position requires a versatile professional with a solid background in Systems Engineering and Requirements Validation. You will collaborate with the System Engineer Principal Area Lead (SE PAL) on several engineering tasks, which include but are not limited to:

  • Updating specifications utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Providing support for Change Management and Configuration Management SE Board
  • Generating Requirement Verification Matrices (RVM)
  • Assisting in the adjudication of Test Observation Reports (TOR)
  • Developing requirements based on client specifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles related to Software Development
  • Strong comprehension of the Systems Engineering V model
  • Experience in Requirement Development and Maintenance
  • Understanding the implications of requirements on testing processes
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with knowledge of DOORS and Cameo
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution
  • Experience with U.S. Navy combat systems, particularly AEGIS

Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
