Director of Operations

As a key member of our team, the Director of Operations will oversee the management of our office systems, including cash handling, office management, and sales operations. This role requires a strong leader who can maximize sales on event and game days, manage facility maintenance and repairs, and maintain point-of-sale and audit operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office systems, including cash handling and office management
  • Maximize sales on event and game days
  • Manage facility maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain point-of-sale and audit operations
  • Monitor payroll functions and ensure compliance with wage and hour standards
  • Practice company open-door policies and enforce training standards
  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly promotions to build the brand and generate revenue
  • Manage sales-building personnel and approve and monitor sales-building collateral and outreach efforts
  • Maintain all food and supply storage areas and oversee BOH staffing and crew development
  • Establish and maintain BOH standards, including ticket times and expediting operations
  • Effectively communicate and execute all private parties according to plan, including food service and quality standards, greet procedures, POS and pay out procedures, set up and decor standards, party rental, and supply storage

Qualifications:

  • ~5-7+ years' experience in management of and dealing with large restaurant operations required, multi-unit management a plus
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent and/or coursework in restaurant management preferred
  • Must be at least age 21 and speak fluent English
  • Proven ability to lead a team and portray good people management
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing, as well as listen to fellow employees, guests, and third parties
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
