As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for executive and hard-to-fill positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the higher education sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and search committees to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance on best practices in recruitment and hiring.
- Source and engage with passive candidates, leveraging creative strategies and techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage search logistics, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and hosting in-person interviews.
- Provide coaching and training to hiring authorities and search committees on best practices in recruiting and hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including campus partners, vendors, and industry experts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to inform our recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Strong experience sourcing top talent in the higher education sector, with a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
