Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Safran Seats, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for providing regular updates to management on recruitment metrics and trends.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
