Job Title: Partner Development Manager

At Zoom Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in driving channel sales and fostering strong relationships with our partners.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in channel sales management. As a Partner Development Manager, you'll be responsible for leading partner and Zoom sales teams to drive channel sales, identifying and empowering channel ecosystems, and creating and delivering business plans with our development partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and drive business plans with our development partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Individual coaching, mentoring, and skill development of development partner teams.
  • Create sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for regional partners.
  • Provide day-to-day support for regional partners to help them sell, implement, and support Zoom's services.
  • Answer questions via Zoom meetings, email, webinar, and phone.
  • Work with internal and distributor/TSDs cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support, and commission escalations.
  • Understand partner business and how Zoom services can enhance their value proposition.
  • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with new distribution and master agents.
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals.
  • Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for partners.
  • Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars.
  • Exceed revenue objectives.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
Requirements
  • Possess 8+ years of experience in channel sales management or a related role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and proven success in driving sales strategies.
  • Be able to demonstrate a successful track record in growing large account revenues.
  • Have the ability to build relationships with and strongly influence C-Level decision makers.
  • Be able to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity applied through technology.
  • Be able to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Have a lively and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to perform and get things done.
  • Hold a BA/BS or equivalent education with relevant experience.
Compensation

Minimum: $144,900.00

Maximum: $316,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
