About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Tennis Channel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, objectives, and KPIs for email/push programs and each lifecycle within them
  • Create and manage our CRM calendar and coordinate content with other channels
  • Manage the end-to-end creative development campaigns and ensure all content meets our brand standards
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of all emails/push programs in platforms (Salesforce, Cleeng)
  • Partner with product to ensure integration of email experience into our overall product experience
  • Continuously monitor email/push performance and provide dashboards, analytics, reports, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Maintain email database and lead the segmentation of audiences to identify opportunities for increased customer conversion and retention
  • Define and execute A/B tests to improve open rates, click-to-open rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience with email and push marketing with success in personalization, optimization, and journey development
  • 2-3 years' experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp and Salesforce
  • Expert understanding of email and SMS marketing, including customer segmentation, customer journeys, and email analytics
  • Demonstrated track record of developing strategies based on business objectives and executing CRM programs that delivered measurable business results
  • Understanding of data privacy in relation to email marketing and email databases
  • Knowledge and experience of dynamic content creation with use of AMPscript or similar scripting languages
  • Copywriting skills
  • Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders with a keen eye to identify business priorities
  • Experience managing agency partners and marketing budgets
