Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects related to multifamily housing.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within the established budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct thorough research and problem-solving.
  • Interpret and apply local building codes, regulations, and design standards.
  • Provide on-site construction oversight for various infrastructure improvements.
  • Draft and manage project documentation, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial construction, particularly with a general contractor.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A motivated individual eager to develop professionally and take on new challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits
