In this position, you will have the opportunity to support a business that has evolved since its inception in 1912 into the largest concrete subcontractor in the nation, with our construction experts managing over 200 projects that encompass more than 20 million gross square feet annually. Your contributions will help us merge the capabilities of a large corporation with the agility of a smaller entity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and estimating phases of projects to ensure the incorporation of the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective form systems into the project design.
  • Help prepare precise formwork layout drawings and erection instructions for field teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to monitor safety, costs, and schedules of construction initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve structural design issues in partnership with the project team.
  • Support the preparation of quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and project proposals.
  • Assist in coordinating material procurement, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Oversee special projects and fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the organization.
Essential Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or BIM Modeling is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects outside of the primary office location for extended periods.
