Responsibilities

* Manage and direct field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget
* Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress
* Ensure job-site safety, health, and cleanliness
* Conduct daily inspections to monitor compliance with building and safety codes
* Identify potential project design and construction issues and plan coordination problems
* Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, subcontractors, and clients
* Ensure project documentation and reports are complete
* Attend all necessary job-site meetings
* Manage punch lists and close out of projects

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
* 5-7 years of experience in construction, with experience managing multiple projects at a time
* TI and ground-up experience
* Experience in self-perform (demolition, carpentry, etc.)
* Working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
* Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
