In this position, you will play a role in a company that has established itself as a significant player in the concrete sector, with our professionals involved in numerous projects that encompass millions of square feet annually. Our goal is to merge the capabilities of a large organization with the agility of a smaller firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and estimation phases of projects to ensure the incorporation of the most effective, safe, and cost-efficient form systems into the design.
  • Help prepare precise formwork layout drawings and erection guidelines for field teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to monitor safety, costs, and timelines of construction initiatives.
  • Address and resolve issues related to structural design in conjunction with the project team.
  • Support the preparation of quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and project bids.
  • Facilitate the coordination of material orders, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Oversee special projects and fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the organization.
Essential Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or BIM Modeling is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects outside of the home office for extended periods.
