About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Training Program Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling our comprehensive line of HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote Trane Technologies' climate solutions products to achieve a more sustainable world
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with valued commercial customers to grow and maintain their business

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, sales, entrepreneurship, marketing, engineering)
  • U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance
