At Trane Technologies, we're shaping the future of sustainable environments. As a Technical Sales Intern, you'll embark on a 12-week journey to develop your technical, business, and sales skills. You'll work closely with our industry-leading Sales Account Managers and customers, gaining hands-on experience in designing, applying, and selling climate solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Attend sales meetings, business functions, and customer meetings to gain insights into the sales process.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our climate solutions and their applications.
What You'll Bring:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (all areas of emphasis welcome).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:
