  • High-Velocity Prospecting: Implement aggressive prospecting techniques to ensure a steady pipeline of new business, focusing on hunting for new opportunities.
  • Precision Estimations: Deliver accurate estimates for fire alarm system installations in both retrofit and new construction projects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and winning more deals with confidence.
  • Dominate Your Territory: Strategically target and cultivate a thriving sales territory, utilizing data-driven insights to prioritize leads and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Relentless Pursuit of New Logos: Actively seek out new business while building strong relationships with existing clients, exceeding quotas and driving sustained growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in fire alarm systems installations, sales, and senior-level sales executive experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated track record of selling value-based fire and life safety benefits to improve customer value.
  • Commercial Skills: Comprehensive commercial skills, including establishing and building sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
