Position Overview:


We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Regional Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to spearhead and enhance our sales initiatives across a specified geographic region.

The successful candidate will be a strategic planner and effective communicator, capable of driving sales growth and fostering robust customer relationships while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.


Key Responsibilities:
[A] Sales Strategy Development:

Formulate and execute a detailed sales strategy aimed at achieving regional revenue and growth objectives.
Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to uncover business expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish sales targets, budgets, and performance indicators.

[B] Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and sustain strong connections with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Comprehend customer needs and preferences to customize sales strategies and solutions accordingly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.

[C] Sales Execution:

Lead by example and engage actively in sales activities, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure steady progress towards objectives.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experiences and timely order fulfillment.
[D] Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify new market segments, distribution channels, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain partnerships and alliances that strengthen the company's market presence.

[E] Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
Offer insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance data.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG sectors is preferred.
A solid understanding of sales methodologies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
