Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics to promote our surgical pain management products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the hospital and ASC buying process, including the role of GPOs, IDNs, and distributors.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including fee-for-service, value-based care, and alternative payment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
- B2B selling experience in the medical device industry.
- Surgical case experience and knowledge of musculoskeletal products.
- Track record of success covering large territories and owning sales goals as an individual rather than on a team.
