About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with our fitness professionals to develop and implement sales plans that meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Work closely with fitness professionals to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide sales training and coaching to fitness professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to meet sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
