Business Development - Inside Sales - National Accounts


Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Inside Sales Executive to prospect, identify new business opportunities and manage national accounts. In this role, you will build a pipeline and grow relationships to drive business in support of the organization’s initiatives.


Role reports to an office.


Responsibilities:


  • Introduce and position products, increasing sales and profit
  • Identify new business opportunities; educate on benefits of products / solutions
  • Create sales strategies and sell to accounts within assigned region
  • Build and maintain client relationships; build a strong pipeline
  • Utilize various tools and strategies to emphasize product benefits
  • Manage accounts in collaboration with internal team, ensure client expectations are met
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products
  • Keep well-informed of market/industry trends, new developments, solutions, etc.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 3+ years of Account Management (National Accounts) experience
  • Experience selling within the hospitality, food service and/or healthcare industries a plus
  • Experience developing national accounts and brands
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Minimal travel


Offering:


  • Base Salary to $100,000+ (based on experience)
  • Year 1 @ Bonus $20,000
  • Year 2, 3 will substantially grow due to sales / residuals
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Full Benefits Package, 401K, PTO
