Job Overview

Enterprise Technology Services (Etek) is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and their Investment Planning Management (IPM) group. The successful candidate will provide critical support in managing programs in the Acquisition Management System (AMS) process, seeking investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Perform day-to-day activities in support of the JRC Executive Secretariat and FAA Acquisition Executive (FAE), including planning logistics and developing meeting materials for working groups, meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with a broad team of process stakeholders with diverse skills in the National Airspace System (NAS) and Mission Support, coordinating activities and preparing presentations with technical and program management contents for program status reporting.
  • Investment Program Support: Support and track the work of investment programs, reporting status periodically, and lead and participate in meetings in support of the FAA customer.
  • Post-Implementation Review (PIR): Support the PIR Quality Officer in developing monthly PIR Council reports and PIR Data Readiness Assessment reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in program analysis and management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with operational, technical, and senior management audiences. Strong analytical background and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Sharepoint and Power Apps, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and other MS Office Products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA Experience: Experience working with the FAA and a general understanding of their processes, with a strong background in large systems acquisition within the FAA.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with FAA NAS or Mission Support systems, with a strong understanding of FAA Enterprise Architecture artifacts and the Acquisition Management System.
