Position Summary

We are in search of a Front Desk Agent who embodies a passion for customer service and excels in creating meaningful connections with guests. This role presents an opportunity to merge your customer service expertise with a love for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest in their experiences.
  • Facilitate the check-in process, ensuring accurate credit handling, fulfilling special requests, and providing precise information.
  • Address and resolve guest issues, aiming to exceed expectations through effective recovery strategies.
  • Promote and market special hotel offerings.
  • Collaborate professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures.
  • Manage the house bank effectively.
  • Communicate essential information to the manager on duty.
  • Adhere to established procedures for financial transactions and guest services.
