RESPONSIBILITIES DURING EVENTS
- Deliver top-notch service to all guests, ensuring a positive initial interaction
- Interact professionally with guests, vendors, and staff members at all times
- Follow established procedures and guidelines meticulously
- Abide by conduct standards and regulations consistently
- Handle diverse tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance throughout shifts
- Scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience
- Enforce the fan code of conduct among all attendees
- Ensure cleanliness and safety by implementing sanitation protocols
- Operate elevators during events as required
- Meet attendance requirements for a majority of events
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
- Outstanding Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in radio communication
- Demonstrated Leadership skills and capacity to follow instructions
- Remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exercise good judgment in resolving potentially volatile scenarios
