POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our team as a Guest Services Attendant and make a difference in providing exceptional service to our guests at all times. At our company, we value each and every guest, striving to create a welcoming and secure environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES DURING EVENTS
  • Deliver top-notch service to all guests, ensuring a positive initial interaction
  • Interact professionally with guests, vendors, and staff members at all times
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines meticulously
  • Abide by conduct standards and regulations consistently
  • Handle diverse tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a tidy and professional appearance throughout shifts
KEY TASKS
  • Scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience
  • Enforce the fan code of conduct among all attendees
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety by implementing sanitation protocols
  • Operate elevators during events as required
  • Meet attendance requirements for a majority of events
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Outstanding Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency in radio communication
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills and capacity to follow instructions
  • Remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise good judgment in resolving potentially volatile scenarios
