Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent who embodies a passion for hospitality and excels in customer service. This role is essential in ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, your primary duties will include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest in their needs.
  • Managing the check-in process, ensuring that all guest requests are noted and fulfilled accurately.
  • Addressing any issues that arise and striving to exceed guest expectations through effective problem resolution.
  • Promoting special hotel programs and offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborating with hotel staff across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel policies.
  • Handling financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicating important information to the management team as necessary.
  • Assisting other departments as required to support overall hotel operations.
