Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our NeuroScience sales team in the Ozark region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional results in a compliant and ethical manner.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve regional sales goals and objectives
- Develop and execute effective business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, market access, and training teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Teva's code of conduct
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach high-performing teams
- Familiarity with reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies, as well as experience in various settings of care
