About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aegis Program Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for directing all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
  • Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
  • Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, and specifications, and operating budgets.
  • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.
Requirements
  • Experience with EVM (Earned Valued Management).
  • Experience with the Risk and Opportunity Program Management and/or Digital transformation.
  • Navy contracting knowledge.
  • Proven performance in managing/leading teams with responsibilities for technical, schedule, and financial performance.
  • Must have an active clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Sites Billing Processes or distributed billing to multiple funding sponsors.
  • General awareness of NJ Sites.
  • Cyber Accreditation and Classified Information experience.
  • Awareness of Development Computing Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Facilities and hotel services at facilities and land-based test and training sites.
  • Strategic Planning experience.
  • Experience with Task Planning Sheet (TPS) development and submission.
  • Familiarity with Aegis/BMD Development processes.
  • Knowledge of procedures for preparation and development of proposals.
