Commonwealth Dentistry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team in Chesapeake. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming patients with a professional and polished demeanor
- Checking-in patients and ensuring all necessary information is accurate
- Collecting co-payments and balancing registers
- Scheduling patients and confirming appointments
- Escalating issues to the Office Manager as needed
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Eaglesoft and/or Denticon software
