Job Description:
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Check-in and Check-out: Provide warm welcomes and efficient check-ins and check-outs, verifying personal and payment details, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
- Guest Interactions: Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, providing necessary information about the hotel and its surroundings.
- Reservations Management: Handle phone, online, or in-person reservations, ensuring accurate guest information.
- Phone and Email Response: Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and timely, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions, including payments, room charges, and availability.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies and materials are well-stocked.
- Breakfast and Convenience Store Management: Manage guest breakfast and lobby convenience store, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Shift Reports and Attendance: Complete shift reports and be available to work a flexible schedule, complying with attendance rules and being available to work regularly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
