We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our Store Systems Support team. This role involves providing remote phone support and troubleshooting 100% of the time. The ideal candidate will possess basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and software troubleshooting skills. A retail background and strong empathy skills are preferred. Candidates must be flexible with shifts and willing to undergo both in-person training and transition phases, which may take up to three weeks before fully transitioning to remote work.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide remote troubleshooting support for store system issues.
* Assist with technical issues related to Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and software applications.
* Ensure high levels of empathy and excellent customer service during all interactions.
* Complete a mandatory in-office training and transition period before working remotely.
*Requirements:*
* *Local Candidates Only:* Must be within an hour and a half driving distance from Mason, OH.
* *High-Speed Internet:* Minimum 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speed (Ethernet connection required).
* *Smartphone:* Required for multi-factor authentication.
* *In-Person Training:* Mandatory in-office training and transition lasting up to three weeks.
* *Technical Skills:* Basic knowledge of Windows, PC hardware, and troubleshooting.
* *Empathy & Retail Experience:* Preferred background in retail and strong interpersonal skills.
