  • Generate quotes for National Account clients.
  • Create product comparison charts and sales presentation materials.
  • Assist with order processing and installation logistics.
  • Gather, organize, and distribute relevant information.
  • Engage local retailers for support.
  • Coordinate and follow up on product demonstrations and rentals.
  • Communicate with customers and support teams.
  • Act as a liaison between company departments and vendors.
  • Handle incoming calls from National Account clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and foster trust in the support framework.
  • Keep management updated on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Travel as necessary to provide assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess valid driving privileges.
  • Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours.
