Position Overview:

Dexian - Signature Consultants is in search of a Project Management Specialist/Scheduler to support a client in the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive scheduling assistance to the integrated project team.
  • Engage with various systems that encompass the entire aircraft, including mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to formulate and synchronize schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP), while generating visual aids and reports to enhance management's understanding of program timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineers and suppliers globally to develop schedules that align with other aircraft components and external parties, including clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated scheduling or project management.
  • At least 3 years in a Business Operations or Project/Program Management capacity.
  • Proficient in managing schedules or projects utilizing standard project management software (e.g., OPP or MS Project) for over 3 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Open Plan Professional and Milestones Professional is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace industry, particularly with Boeing, is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating strategic projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with employees, clients, peers, and various levels of management.
  • A Bachelor's degree with typically 6 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with typically 4 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
